It's Thursday, my bike's in the garage feeling all lonely, it's gassed up, I haven't had a good ride for a while...........but I went mountainbike riding last night.

I been pootling around those routes all the time ... and now its blardy table tennis coaching season ... my Thursdays are now taken up ferrying players to the venue and giving them match winning tips (read : a swift cuff to the ear and "its about winning! I've got no time for losers!")
