South Auckland Thursday Night Ride

Well, what a good ride that was! I checked in the thread and oldguy had posted up ... unbeknownst to me, Blackbuell also

Anyhow, turn up to BP Autobahn at 6.30pm on the nose and bugger me if'n the only one there was an unknown kawa rider! He was going down the line. 7pm turns up, I gear up to go on a South Auckland ride by myself when I espy a pink helmet (drag yer minds out o'th gutter!

)

Croft! Your atypical hot asian biker chick ... been a whiles so we natter on a bit (in English!) and then blackbuell rocks on up ... oldguy eventually rumbles in and off to ride we go!

Blat down the back blocks of SH22 and into Rangiriri pub for a drink and a huge bowl of chips provided graciously by Blackbuell (cheers!

) Quiet night and some good convo had.

Just got back in after a quick blat up the cheesecutter highway (still hate the darn things) and was mentally thinking to myself "cheez girl, ride a little more left!"

Good roads, good company and a great ride ... 166km on the nose and couldn't ask for more from a Southside ride!

Sorry for the late-ness, trouble with being popular, is every one wants me.
Anyway pull in at the Autobahn, I see a few bikes parked up, as I park up I see some one in a PINK helmet waving at me, well who should it be, but Croft, long time no see girl, was good to catch up with you,

Yep I could see her in my right side mirror and was thinking the same thing

Was a good ride down SH22 to Rangiriri, cheers Mike, gijoe and croft for the company and convo at the pub, it's what the ride is about.

Well what a bunch of girls,

do I have to post up on this thread first, seams like you lot wont turn up unless I post up to let you all know I'm coming on the ride,

I was thinking of staying home and washing my hair and doing my nails, but thought I'll go for a ride, sat around till 7.10 then bugga waiting any longer I'm off, so headed out to Waiuku stopped in to see family.

On the way home I decided to take the turnoff to Pukekohe, then when I got to Pukekohe, I headed back towards Drury then on the motorway and home.
I'd just like to say thanks to oldguy for the company.

Hope to see you lot next week,

or I'm going west.

I blame Donor for my non-appearance ... he said to donate blood, and I said "but there's the South Auckies night ride!"

sez he "but a real mate would help his mate out"
"sheesh, playing that card!"

so... what happens? He ends up coming back to base late, zeocen is waiting for us at the blood donation centre, and it all ends pear shaped.

I miss a ride out, no blood is donated and Daisy didn't even get fixed!

Sorry oldguy, but this time, I blame the cruisier rider!
