Fark, 87Kg. I always put on a bit of beef in winter but this will need a record amount of pain to get rid of. I think spending money on pushbike rubber will make me go faster than spending it n carbon fibre for a motorcycle.

I think I was 87kg once...

Yeah me two, I thought about losing weight, but my deep fried dubble breakfast pie habbit didnt agree.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot
First time ever over Winter I've lost weight!
Not being able to drink alcohol probably helps.![]()
Just get out and walk a few k's each day you fat git. Decent pair of shoes is a lot cheaper than a bike, and it'll improve your bike's handling no end.
Mind you I was glad when I managed to get back over 65 kg after I was sick so I'll just go and sit back in my corner.
Prob 85kg now, was 66kg when I was climbing, would be nice to go back sometime.

I strongly suspect I'd need to amputate all 3 of my legs to get down to that sort of weight lol.
.
82 atm from 105-110 at christmas... Most of that was lost in 2 weeks around new years... little-no food and lots of alcohol for 2 weeks does wonders...

Sorry me old china. I'm only a short chap (5'6"). Normally around 65kg, but dropped to under 55 when I was sick in my mid 20's. Took me almost 10 years to get back and maintain a reasonable weight.
Of course now I'm overwieght if you do the BMI thingy????? Should be 62kg or something - how the hell does that work? Must be something to do with the figures having been calculated sometime after WW2.
Walking's probably the best all round exercise for most folks, unless you're training to be a competitive athlete or sommit.
Yeh, god damn BMI figures... mortally obese my fucking arse!
Could do with losing a few KG's mind... time for a bit of treadmilling I think...
Apart from the damage it does to your body I have found that running is the fastest way I can lose weight (that I have tried).
For about 3months I ate little more than tuna (in spring-water) and eggs, and would run 3 hours a week. Lost about 10kg and kept it off. Ran 1st ever 1/2marathon in 1h38m. I was well pleased.
A feat I hope to repeat as of tomorrow (will-willing).
