No, I think the police had it right that time, giving the eagle the finger at its home heliport is the same as walking into a police station and giving them the finger. He was a wanker showing off to his girlfriend / wife, he got exactly what he deserved.

The best part of eating at Mikano's is watching the helicopters anyway (except for the food).

I'm going to have to agree, you don't walk into a gang pad and piss on the floor do you, pretty much the same thing and yeah, the food is crap, lol.

Sure the cops should be out there stopping crime and yes, strange things happen to a guy/girl's head when they put on the blues, but shit, what did the guy expect, I just hope the woman he was eating with dumps his loser ass and starts dating a KB'er , that'll learn him .. ha ha

If we reacted to the finger in the same manner as the police the first thing they would be saying is why did you get out of the car or in this site why did you kick in the mirrow. The man was eating his dinner with his wife. There was no crime nor was any law broken. Someones ego was put out of kilter and with the power of the uniform abused on a member of the public.
