I live out in the sticks on a few acres and have a dog that resides, unchained on our property. She has the run of the place, has a nice cosy kennel by the front gate and is not prone to wandering off. She's a dumb black lab by day and great with the kids, becoming a rather effective anti theft device by night. I've seen her in action and wouldn't want to be on the recieving end either.

Aiyaa Leong, mao gao chor! Sucks to hear that happen - yeah, need to do the security checks again, the buggers might come back in a coupld of weeks once they know you've sorted the insurance and replaced your gears I was alerted one time by the neighbours about alarm going off at our place.

Turns out someone was trying to use some garden tools mum left lying around to try and jimmy their way in. :spudgrr:

Anyhows, hope your family isn't too shook up by this negative turn of events and can get on with their daily living. Well, the police turned up early this morning, so that was good, and my wife says they were as helpful as could be.

That really sucks....A local guy down these ways had his bike stolen 3 weeks ago for the third time and hes still waiting for the cops to turn up.
But at least I did get to sell him another one to replace it (Bugger).
