    Fire alarm in the building most likely.

    We flip our call center into emergency mode whenver the fire arlam goes off, then sod off to Robert Haris for a coffee.

    I think what MDU was trying to get across was that the Auckland City Council has an overactive sense of self importance and purports to speak on behalf of the entire city, thus inadvertently conveying the impression that the entirety of Auckland City has been evacuated rather than just one (somewhat unimportant and easily replaced) building.
