Red Knights Burns Run 24 Sept 06

This is a bit of a rant, but can someone please tell me why the annual burns run doesn't attract many people? (info)

Its for a bloody good cause, its an excuse to go for a ride and we can get the KB name out there a wee bit more, the ride is happening on Sunday and there has been minimal interest.

What's going on here? I always thought KB'ers were supportive people who loved a good ride and helpeing out charities? Or am I just being over sensitive about this whole thing?

Come along people, lets get the numbers up and have a nice ride!!!!!!!!!

Who are Red Knights???

A group of Fire fighters, ambo's etc etc who ride bikes...
Hence the name Red Knights..
They do this ride once a year.. this will be the 4th annual run for the kids that get burnt.

They started the fundraiser run in 2003 out at Middlemore hospital.
This is the first year that the group from Whangarei are doing it up there way.

There is the Red Knights in Whangarei and also a group in Auckland.
