    KBers are the luckiest geeks

    Well I reckon anyway.

Here's my reasoning (and it's got a bit of a racing flavour sorry). No other biker forum (to my knowledge) has such a wealth of information available to it from a racing standpoint. Show me a national biker forum that has so many of that countrys best racers offering oppinions or assistance. See Ben Spies or Matt Mladin online talking shit with the masses? Pfft, couldn't imagine it. Can you see the leading suspension technicians from British Superbikes on a forum discussing how to make your bike handle better?

I think KB is suddenly becoming very good value again. Thanks to all who help make this place worth its weight again.

I'm no racer being an old prick now, but Jimmy you can take a lot of credit too for being so active on here and open with your comments. Good luck with your racing.

And they are all so humble!

Thing is you can normally see them out helping others at the meetings as well.

Thanks mate, I mean we all help where we can, but these guys have soooo much experiance and knowledge that a simple chat after a practice session can open a window of understanding you may have previously missed.

And Alex, six meetings hardly qualifies someone as "the best" or even "top level". Wait 'till I've completed seven

I just like being able to wander around amongst the action and not be told to f*ck off! Just like I did at Manfield... it's the same here, really... Cheers Jimmy!

Yeah, Its a pretty good scene aye, lotsa like minded nutters out and about to burn rubber and fuel at the races, huge emphasis on personal resposibility.

A nice break from the bullshit.

Offering advice and helping people to get into racing is one way to build the sport Or maybe they want more competition?

I agree - it totally rocks being able to get advice from the Pro's!

I agree Jimmy, you are so right - we are very privileged to have the best available people/advice on here. At race meetings I have found that belonging to KiwiBiker is definitely an "Ice Breaker" when you are new to the scene. Really appreciate how the support and advice at Race meetings is freely offered around by fellow racers and technical people. Probably wrong for me to do so - but these days I just assume when I meet someone new that they either belong to KiwiBiker, or at least know about it.

Just be carefull introducing yourself that way mate. I know of more than a couple of bikers who areof the opinion all KBers are wankers and should be treated as such.
