just get an rg or a kr.
nsr150's are like hens teeth and would probly cost you a lot more.
Yes but its a Honda you see!
Those NSR150's go alright, don't they?
Here's one practicing (predictably) in a carpark...
I reckon they must be pretty good fun to race for real.
Keep it rubber-side down...
Cheers for that! I am looking for an alternative to racing my CBR, and thought it would be nice to have 2 Honda's in the garage!
Good man, stick with the Hondas.
I've got two good CBR250RR's, and one awesome CBR600RR, and one parts bike CBR250RR (ex-HDTBoy). Would be interested to see how the NSR150's go in streetstock. Are they any better or worse than the KR's/RG's?
Haha, don't mock too hard. I had a KR150 chasing me hard on the weekend just gone. RG100 is getting pretty fast on it. Might give me a bit of a challenge at Taupo, can't wait.
there was one on tardme only a couple of days ago I think, funny that you'd ask for one now because this is the first time in 2+ years I've heard of an nsr150. I'll try find it again, post the link.
its an nsr125. nsr125
$1500, in Auckland.
bore it out, stick an rg or kr piston in it?
probably made for the uk market? the model on tm is a '94, which could be the supersprint model (x2 hp, 15 ct 28).
Sorry for all who keep looking at this thread, thinking theres something new here![]()
yeah i found that.
Possibly they are actually made in thailand - theres a lot of bikes on the road over there, mostly 125cc 4-stroke step-thrus and 150-250cc 4-stroke cruisers but I did see quite a few of these NSR-150s on the streets of Bangkok.
There are a number of active exporters of these bikes too. A quick google for 'thailand nsr-150' yielded this. If its for racing only you should be able to import it without fuss.

Since this is just the first google result, its just an indication, there are probably better people to deal with - i'm sure there will be expat kiwis in thailand who could hook you up.
I'm not sure if these bikes are manufactured in thailand by the - its quite likely this is the case, if so, you should be able to import parts etc. as well..
*BUMP* Anyone found me one yet![]()
