Whoever owns the piece of shit vehicle with the personalised number plate "TOXIQ" needs to learn not to park ON THE ROAD straight after a BLIND CORNER especially when there were half a dozen SAFE areas to park YOUR PIECE OF SHIT vehicle.

Does it look like the car is broken down? Is it an emergency parking situation? Is the vehicle in such a position that it will cause an accident ie. dangerous?
Looks like all of the above, I'd say it is your civic duty to push it off the road to ensure the road is safe for other users...

People suck at parking these days. I saw a car parked about 80cm from the curb in the middle of a corner. It has to take a pretty screwed up mind to step out of your parked car and stand on the centre line and not think to move it.

But nah Swanny, he/she won't win the award, I see at least one stoopid motorist each day who would eat that parker for breakfast...like one of my neighbours who just took off down the road and clipped one of those large plastic wheelie bins from the side of the footpath which ended up in the MIDDLE of the road, of course he never stopped to move it back!
