one set. a 1.5kw generator to be safe.

usually tyrewarmers will require 700W -> 1kW, but some of the cheaper generators can't run happily at their rated load.

Sorry to say but the portable Honda generators are the best on the market. I've got a 2kv one and it's great. They also make a 1kv unit. They are pricey though and may be an overkill cause they are the inverter type which you don't really need for tire warmers.

You need something that is portable and can deliver at least 2kv so it's not ringing it guts out like your bike will be. TardeMe is a good place to look.

    Generator

I have been using a "Super Works" 1800w generator bought from "Super Cheap " rated continuous power output-1500w. max output-1.8 Kva.
Runs two sets tyre warmers no problem. Running time on 12-litres 10hrs

The garages are more than "not finshed." They are still in the process of laying the basic concrete structure and its fenced off from the pits. I would assume the workers have power, A big portable generator i think, but ive not seen anyone able to use it in the pits, they all bring there own power. Heres a pic of the garages on 28th september. On the subject of tire warmers, where is a good place to buy them?
