Sorry to hear mate. I agree with this cause, too. We all have mothers, (at least I think we all do), wives, daughters, sisters, etc. My wife had her first Mammogram recently and while I was confident and reassuring, it was quite a big deal for her and a relief when it was clear. My Father-in-Law died from Prostate cancer - he thought he was just getting old... By the time he went to the Doc it was too late.

Did my donation this morning when I tossed coinage into the pink buckets outside the big orange toolshed in Southgate! The ladies commented how nice pink ribbons would look on my leathers...didn't have the heart to say I was actually wearing Corduras!

And yeah, I always donate to Cancer causes - too many of my family/friends have suffered from it or perished from it.

hmmm really?? so do you play with your breasts when your in the shower or when your alone?

but anyways it is a good cause, my sisters got cancer, shes got cancer of the lymnodes or something and the chemo was just tiring her out big time.
anyways she had her last chemo bout a week ago, but still needs to go in to see if she still has the cancer, and theres a chance she might need a bone marrow transplant, so way before hand we all got tested to see which one of us were compatible, and it came down to two, which is me and my other sister. so i better upgrade to that big r1 soon so they cant catch me lol.

Pervert in Karori who was groping women on buses (and only got caught after an off-duty cop spoke to a girl he'd fondled - the others obviously hadn't reported him) has been ordered to pay $250 to each of the seven women he groped. Two asked that their share be paid to this charity but the judge said he couldn't order him to pay it to a specific charity. Worst thing is, he's an Indian overstayer! Reckoned women here were friendlier than in India and he couldn't help touching them... yeah, right!

Did a story years ago about women who had reconstruction surgery following a mastectomy and their stories were very moving. Not something I'd be in a hurry to go through, hope I never have to.
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

Yep. Quite a sensible way of parting with hard-earned money. I do not donate much but I donate what I can to all cancer-related charities I come across. Just in case you know...
"People are stupid ... almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true ... they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so all are easier to fool." -- Wizard's First Rule
