The next week he was again over what he considered his limit and, remembering his abysmal treatment, decided to just ride home.
He met two cars drag-racing and presumably was not quick enough in his reactions to avoid them.
    Yes, he was killed.
The cops are NOT your friend
    Not a bad troll!!
On the above premise I can assume all KBers are total wanking arse-wipes hmmm????

Not saying it's a good idea, but arrogance can work both ways....?
My take on it - anyone taking revenge is:

    1) stooping to his level... which in turn will provoke another response. It's called an arms race
    2) planning to do this on vehicles... with number plates? Gee I wonder if they have access to looking up plates too... let me see... $2 at the Post Office isn't it?
    3) committing a premeditated criminal act
    4) presuming the person you're planning to get has no way of responding with force. 100 bikers on the lawn revving, doing donuts etc is one thing. A sinlge .22 rifle pointed out the window changes the balance of power pretty damned quick. and if it's a shotgun, or a semi auto...

As a rule of thumb - never argue with an idiot - they wear you down to their level and beat you with experience. Get the cops on the case, and stay close to the cops - see what comes of it.

Don't do what they expect. They want confrontation - that's what they expect. The want it and are probably good at dealing with it.

    No. Only some of them.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

I believe Niccolò Machiavelli summed this up pretty well ... "If an injury has to be done to a man it should be so severe that his vengeance need not be feared."

Sadly some sweeping generalisations are true...all people of Glaswegian descent are friggin' nut jobs...look at me....and you...as examples

Even Dover thinks I'm a nutter and I'm only half his height.

That's sufficient in the eyes of the law.
In real terms it would seldom be used (I would hope) but certainly was in the case I mentioned. I won't post the guy's name but it did happen in New Plymouth (around 1980 I think). Twas on the hill out of Fitzroy when it was still 1 lane each way

With me? You'ld have to be behind the wheel, engine running, lights on etc.

    Keys in hand not enough.
Mind you, neither is "I was just getting the car going to get the heater working" to get you off.

Theoretical argument BUT a person who is drunk beside a Learner (who is driving) is technically "Drunk in charge".
