Your comment, seen in that light, does beg the question as to whether you think that both of them kicking the crap out of him would justify fire bombs etc....

As I said in my initial post: I do not condone the idea of vigilantism/revenge, but nor do I condone the automatic assumption of some that hXc "asked for it" by "being a smartarse" and "trying to be the big man".

Shit, I've been abused for cock-headed things i've done on the road through being inattentive (as they were) - and I'm talking obscenities, obscene gestures, horns and personal insults, here - and my instinct was not to attempt to kill the person who had colourfully pointed out that I had fucked up big-time.

"Road Rage" is like "sexual molestation" - a concept dreamed up by the legal system to minimise what happened by avoiding the real terms like "assault with a lethal weapon" or "rape".
No need to appologies mate, I can see any involved personally would be a bit wound up about the whole thing. No I wouldn't consider petrol bombs as reasonable retaliation - hell there could be kids in the house!
I guess what I'm trying to say is that it could've been worse - there are some people out there who will go way over what reasonable people think is acceptable - prisons are full of them. Unfortunately they are not all in prison and some of them are cruising around our roads. You can spot most of them when your out in public - on the roads its not so easy.
I love the smell of twin V16's in the morning..
