Sorry for the late reply, just got back from Dunedin... Will be heading back from Puhoi around 1pm (maybe just before), so I could "collect" you on the way back somewhere around Takapuna or whatever... TXT me if you like, otherwise I will see ya at Te Irangi..
It's been a rough day. I got up this morning, put on a shirt and a button fell off.
As I ran out the door, I picked up my briefcase, and the handle came off.
Now I'm afraid to go to the bathroom.

Due to the weather (which is not very conducive to newbie riding), I will be postponing this event (damit)..

I managed to squeeze some practice in along Ardmore Quarry road and Twilight road this morning while the weather was still favourable.

Summer will soon be here M1CRO - your 'Busa is complete - the 1:1 time will happen before too long.

I'm definately improving at the stuff I learned on RRRS but I'm humble enough to realise I've still got a long way to go. Looking forward to the opportunity to learn more from you.

    All the best.

cool another one i hate riding in the rain, um wouldnt mind learning how to do that wheelie i made the bike go up a lil at the lights when i dragged the cages down harris road but it was something unexpected, cause i heard this zxr250 revving on my left and he took off down smales road , so i thought cool ill rev my bike too then i dropped the clutch and the bike lifted up abit.

    Thanks mate
Seems as if the weather is against us all at the moment. I dont mind getting "wet", but not very comfortable for some

Can't wait for Taupo... Is a great confidence booster and I really need to refine my technique, so will be concentrating on that... Do you think your better half will be up to RRRS on the 19th November?

    Wheelie? What wheelie? lol

Make sure you book in for RRRS on the 19th November.. PM CaN and he can send you the forms or you can download em from their website. Is a great course where you can learn stuff under controlled conditions (well, havent quite the weather sorted, but there are other things we can do)

Mrs McJim doesn't go out on the bike as often as I'd like her to - I keep trying to persuade her to take a spin but she lacks the confidence to "fly solo" and since family is between 2,000 and 17,000 kms away one of us has to stay home at all times to look after the kiddies. Maverick comes round sometimes and keeps an eye on the Mrs as she rides round the block or to Lloyd Elsmore park.

I still don't think she has the confidence to ride to Whenuapai yet nor will have on 19th November. you can speak to her at Taupo - she's coming too but not on the track.
