It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
good post man, the lil 2 fiddy sporters are fun thats for sure. They are a great base to start at as the skills you learn on these are very transferrable when going up size on a sports bike, more so than if you started on a gn or similar or similar cruiser. My only gripe however is the fact that 100k in 6th my CBR is revving at 9k, 110km is 10k and 120km is 12k!! The vibration and the noise gets a bit tedious after a few hours of sitting on between 100-120. But in the twisties its awesome and very confidence inspiring. if I hold on to my bike I will do as many trackdays on it as possible to learn as much as can on it and no doubt scare myself silly on the track!!
who cares bout the revs on the cbr that 10 k plus revs is ok cuz its not like you feel like your ringing it out or the engine is struggling,,its still got all the way to 19k to go! nothing tedious about that sexy sound coming up mate tedious was driving my struggling gn250 on the motorway,,love the sound your bike makes cuz cbr's r fukn aight mate,,you fuking knows it!!!![]()
The sound had sommat to do with it.
Hmmm not sure what you're complaining about...i think you'll find that the v-twins are much more prone to vibration...ive ridden a vtr-thou and that massaged my crutch worse than a diesel powered couch.
that reminds me...i want your exhaust...com on!!!...its just collecting dust!
Quote Buddy L:"The bike's like BOOM, the motor's like BOOM!
the exhaust is like....b-BANG!!
the whole bike's like WAAAAEEEEEEHH!!!"
