I saw a complete RD350lc rolling chassis on Trademe a while back, from a wreckers up in Auckland. Using that, with an RZ350 motor would be an interesting choice. Do you want it for the road or track? If for the track, a RZ350 motor and RG250 Suzuki frame works well, often called a Yamagamma... That for the road would be a good combination too but I'm not sure how the Vinning would go?

Otherwise, I'll keep an eye out.

how much different is the rz250 from the rz350, is it like the rd's where you can swap the 350 stuff to a 250 and make it a 350? can you fit a rz350 into an rz250 frame, i want the bike for a bit of track days and some comfortable road riding, i sat on a friends one and road it round for a day and it was unbeleivably comfortable, and the power was soooooo smooth, i love them!!!

RZ250 and RZ350 are the same bike, except for the barrells head, pistons , oilpump and the jets. The cdi is slightly different but works fine on a 350. All the cycle parts are Identical. The hardest part of converting a 250 to a 350 is finding the parts.
