It wouldn't be as effective but did you see the ones in the middle of the archery targets a few years ago? A pinhole camera, fiber optic through to in the dead center of the target, rounded end for fisheye effect...

One korean lady kept shooting the thing out. Watching the arrows fly in and smack it out was impressive.

Anyways, I don't think it would be hard to fit one of those wireless DSE ones to near a target in the range.

I havent seen them, but I have definetly heard about them. They sounded like a good idea.

I have wanted to try the bulet cam idea, but the last time I went out with a guy who did it, he got stressed because the can was proving he was a shit shot, so he shot the camera. Had me in stitched cause it took him 4 shots and he was shaking and swearing. Was the funniest thing ever.

70 meters... this woman is a machine.
High stress situation with all those cameras. But yes, in that comp they kept having to change her targets because she kept shooting out the camera.

Angry Bad drivers cutting off bikers!

You experiance the poor driving of 4 wheel vehicles every day. They take for granted there blind spots but largely they, (jafa's especially) just indicate and pull out expecting everyone to just stop. I have to admit I get fairly upset by these actions and have been known to tap a few mirrors on the way past as a freindly reminder- at that they 9/10 fall off and break into a kabillion pieces. I had to laugh at some guy in a merc who tried to pass me on a blind left hand sweeping corner, sure enough a car popped around and he just shuved me to move, I saw red, breaked heavy to avoid the ditch and gravel pan by inches, I sped back up in a controlled manner and flew past, tooted then soluted, and gave a friendly tap. The mirror fell down, but dangled down and smack and flapped into the door. And I was gone......

What a complete tosser. And the partner sounds just as bad.
He must have just purchased his pepper spray and been just dying to try it out. Probably had some big grudge against motorcyclists from sound of it.

"Hey nephew- come help me sort these bikers out - its okay - I got pepper spray" WTF!

What a great pity it is that the chappie didn't empty the contents of said pepper spray into his own eyes!

Trouble is the problem just gets worse and worse, more cars and bikes on the road, more traffic problems raising peoples tempers. Im just glad hand guns are illegal over here. But i believe that car drivers, big 4x4`s and small cars, dont pay enough attention. When im riding my bike im super attentive, i see the car infront of the car infront of me brake, before the guy infront of me sees it, i see the dog before it runs out on the street infront of the car, i see the diesel on the road before i drive over it, i smell the guy on the other side of the road smoking a cigar, etc etc. But in a car its a different world, big soft seat similar to a lounge chair, not much to do except hold the steering wheel roughly straight, so i start to play with the radio, the fan, the air con, i start to watch the scenery go by, i start to get sleepy even. Fact is cars suck, ban them all, problem solved

So why is this thread labelled to give my lovely city of Porirua a bad name when this happened at Peka Peka about 40km north and well in Kapiti District Council area? Geez just 'cause we do the scum over at our courthouse - maybe we don't have enough of our own crime in Porirua these days to keep the courthouse busy.
    Cheers

Sorry, my geography isn't the best. The driver was from even further away.

    My appologies.

Sorry perhaps i should rephase that. "Im just glad its illegal to carry a hand gun in your glove box." Last i checked all hand guns had to be kept at a gun club, however i suppose if you had a big enough glove box you could just put a rifle or shotgun in there, though i suppose that would be a "concealed weapon" not very legal. Still what a cool guy eh, gets his car kicked in, and then comes back for more, and then crashes it trying to leave the scene, just for someone 'cutting him off' ..even funnyer was the cannabis utensils charge he got done for, what a loser. However this was a news artical, it wouldnt surprise me at all if it was hyped up and only half true.
