Use to be 25 - 30 with the Hyosung depending on how much testosterone was in my system. A quick wank before a ride increases it by 4 - 6 kmp/litre. A decent fuck will see around 10 kmp/litre.

Hyosungs are lovely mile eaters. Yep.

About 30 km/L on my GN - that's a combo of 50 kph, 70 kph, 100 kph zones every day (from Eastbourne to the city and back if that means anything to ya)
Me and my imaginary friend have been goin' round the bend for some time now....

Oh if only you could have the economy of a GN and the fun, speed & handling of and IL4 or V-twin sports bike..the world would be a far better place :P

About 16 klicks to the Litre for my little red Hornet! Less if I'm fanging the revs (which ... I do!) And ditto for me like others have posted.

I don't care about the fuel usage! People ask me "Oh, you got a bike to beat fuel prices right?"

My reply. "Nuh-uh! In fact, my fuel bills are even more than when I used to drive my car! It's more fun to ride, ride and ride again on a bike!"

    Go bike!
"I like to ride anyplace, anywhere, any time, any way!"

My FXR150 gets between 34-38km/l commuting with some highway travels.
90% of the time spent writing this post was spent thinking of something witty to say. It may have been wasted.

I made the mistake once of filling up on 91 before a long trip, yeah $15 that outta do it I thought to myself (enough with margin for 96), and what happened? I ran out of gas 20kms early than I anticipated, stranded in the middle of nowhere. I had to wait an hour for the cavilry to arrive with some spare juice, while biker after biker passed me in the opposite direction, waving out and having a chuckle under their visors no doubt funnily enough Ive run 96 ever since....

Just gassed my GN yesterday - 243.1 km and it took 7.3 L - that's over 33 km/litre. I use 96 and it cost me less than 11 bucks to gas 'er up.

That's a week's commuting (if I don't ride anywhere in the weekend...as if! Altho with this wind... :sob: )
Me and my imaginary friend have been goin' round the bend for some time now....

My old gpx250 was almost as economical as my gn, so long as I rode it like a nanna.
