Hi Shazzygirl here! I ride a 250 Marauder and I get 310 kms out of $15 but don't know how to convert that to per/litre.

My GT250 has been getting 25km/l riding in rushhour traffic only. I'd expect to see better if I was doing long trips.

$20 bucks gas about 270-290 km's on the zxr 250 which is like 13 litres or something so from full until it hits reserve 270-290 ish but ive never run reserve right down really but i got it quite far once and got 330k's or something before i took her to gassy

so full to reserve 270-290 km's so 20-21km/L and thats commuting...get a bit more on open road i guess....i don't exactly keep the revs low on my commute

Commuting costs me more because of the stop start (normally 350km to the tank)... But the highway at 100 - 110 km no probs!

I normally fill up about 230 km and it takes about 12L. Sooo about 19 km/L

Though a bit less the other weekend when I got a bit trigger happy on the Takas and back roads back up thru the Wairarapa

My CRM did me 200k's of commuting for 8.3l. Not sure what the open road consumption is like as I haven't done any long trips yet. But considering that's well over 20k's per litre I can't complain.

Yeah I went from wellington to taupo on a $20 tank. I wrang the neck out of it and spent most of the time at 120-130 and still got around 30km/l.

ok I can now with out a doubt confirm that the mighty Ginny does 298km on a full tank............how do I know this you ask?

Well happily lane splitting along the North Western this evening I felt the bike start to jerk, I look down at my trip counter and realise that my brain is on holiday and I should have filled up 35km ago. So quickly get across motorway to the shoulder and coast down to Patiki onramp westbound. That was 298km but I'm not sure whether the 1km walk to the Gull Servo pushing my bike counts on the fuel economy stats If so then it would be 299km

My average is 3.7 Lts per 100 K.

If i break out the calc (just for gijoe ) and i'm sure he can correct my math being asian and all .. LOL

    17 / 3.7 (being the total size of the tank) = 4.594

    4.594 x 100 K =

    459Km per tank ( on average )

i think the math is right (had a beer or two) .. but ... i'm sure i'll be corrected if im wrong

on a side note .. i use a peice of software to track all of this shit .. if anyone wants a copy .. send me a PM and i'll share it with you
