Hmmm will be interesting to see the Electric Mangoes comparing their relative usage to one another!
"I like to ride anyplace, anywhere, any time, any way!"![]()
That's not all they'll be comparing...![]()
8 other characters?? i don't get it....unless you mean the monomer called octane which contains 8 carbons....hang on then you would've said "91 and 8 other carbons" perhaps??....hmm ok.
Yea ive only ridden on 95-98 octane fuel...havent dared use 91. I'll have to give it a go sometime.
Quote Buddy L:"The bike's like BOOM, the motor's like BOOM!
the exhaust is like....b-BANG!!
the whole bike's like WAAAAEEEEEEHH!!!"
I cant believe i wasted 2 minutes of my life reading those last 2 posts and replying ... i want my time back !
I get 24 on mine.![]()
For $18 ill get 300km
Dont get angry...Get even
After getting a bung plugged in on my bike in the carbs, im up to about ~18KM/Litre of 98, thereabouts.
This is an improvement of about 11 when I first got the bike, to 14 or so before the plug was fixed.
Bike has done a little over 12,000KM.
Kr150 averaged 27km/L on my run down to Wellington.
Dunno if it's a full tank (usually too lazy to wait for the froth in the gas tank to die down), but on my bandit I have to gas up all over the freakin show.
I usually roll in at about 100k's, but recently i've been a bit more paitent at the pumps and could prob get around 140-160 out of it?
The previous owner, for some reason, took out the reserve tap, so it's all or nothing, hence i'm a little scared to just ride off and see how far I get :P
Still seems pretty low, however...
