    Fitting a temp gauge...

Just ordered a nice digital temp gauge / clock for the bandit, (only $20).

Mounting and powering wiring wont be an issue, just wondering how to wire up the sender part of things.

Im sure the bandits have some sort of temp sensor allready, as there is a warning light on the dash, not sure where it is and how to tap into it.

I cant find any wiring diagrams which makes things interesting...

    Many thanks in advance.

    Cheers for that Doug,

not sure where to connect it though, the gj74a is pretty different from the gj77a...

    mines oil cooled I think?

Ill wait til the gauge arrives and go from there.

Have you got a radiator on the bandit 250? I think you generally put the sender in either the water or the oil...
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

Ive found where it should go, what looks like a waterpump of some sort behind the radiator, the sensor is underneath so when i pop it out im going to get shit everywhere...

    Gotta drain the coolant system
