Welcome to the Whanau Janola Moonbeam, love from Grandad.

My daughter had a little girl just past 11.00am this morning,7lb 6oz,or 3.4kg....not too fat,not too thin. All fit and healthy. This is our first grandchild. My little daughter did very well, she was in labour sunday night and I wasn't very aware of it,she was reading a book and playing with the kittens and I was wondering why my wife was running around in a flap....then my daughter went to bed.No drama....into the Huntly birth center at nine, baby at eleven. So now we are like all our neighbours,a 3 generation household.

No name yet,but the family have been calling her Janola Moonbeam for months....let's hope it doesn't stick.

Awesome man, they are much more fun second time round. My 6mth old moko is the beautifullest best behaved child I've ever heard of. And thats totally unbaised of course. But they stll cost as much somehow.

Congrats and welcome to the club mate... best regards to the family as well.

Babies are necessary to grown-ups. A new baby is like the beginning of all things --wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities. In a world that is cutting down its trees to build highways, losing its earth to concrete... babies are almost the only remaining link with nature, with the natural world of living things from which we spring. ~ Eda J. Le Shan ~

Thats one seriously cute baby - and don't worry - Janola doesnt stick to anything....
