Has no-one really thought about this ? There are 2 households on the Pram side of the hill... When/if they close the road I'm going to ask them for a key. I'm sure they wont be cocks about it, bikes wont hurt the road, sign a waiver for the falling off part and we'll still be able to use it to get home on Friday nights without traffic and occasional blasts through just coz.
