Wow, Phil hit hard! I was the second bike behind him so it's interesting to see a different perspective. I noticed all the riders behind him sat up briefly when he fell and then got back into it quickly. Kind of callous in a way but what else can you do?

well, if you'd fallen off i'd have kept going

you race to the flags, pay attention and watch the yellows, and slow down and be prepared to stop on a red. If you slow down and people aren't expecting it - it could cause another accident.
