If you love it, let it go. If it comes back to you, you've just high-sided!

Yeah know the feeling. Like most pilots, no sons. The oldest one still rides the DT all over the place with her mates and has ridden the little 400 a bit recently (private roads of course) and is shortly to get her learners. I wire her up with an intercom and talk through it. She has all the handling skills, just needs to get the bit between her ears sorted (not much though) and she will be a great rider. She allready has saved the money for her first bike. Though she does spend time shopping in the malls, a quick glance at the posters on her bedroom wall tell all. Jimmi Hendrix and Valentino Rossi. The little one can't quite touch the ground yet on the DT though she rides a bit on the beach. She also can't wait to get out there and ride (much to her mothers horror).

she is my baby not that she like's me calling her that not now she's just turned 13 , she been ride since she was 5 was very good we would go riding out at woodhill forest I just loved riding with her only in the last year she has shown little interest in riding, I think alot of the problem was me, her mum tells me she was affraid of disappointing me so didn't want to go riding much, if I can get her out riding even if it is just around the farm I,m happy, I just leave her be.

Well done guys. My two sons just can't understand why I like riding. Mind you they are teenagers and their minds appear to be on other things!
