    Doubt you'll need the tent - hopefully ORider will respond re Otematata tatatata.... shopping opportunities
    mmmmmm maybe we could have the best roadkill recipes competition - bring your own ingredients (hitchhikers don't count even though some of them could be quite tasty!)

    bloody hell.....many thanks to TWR who just informed me that i had my dates wrong.....am actually sitting here in my leathers thinking im off to otematata today in the rain......would have been a bit lonely up there all by meself.........

    Central SI, not from Omarama, Twizel, or Kurow. A small town established in the '60s to house the workers during the construction of the Benmore dam. Was meant to have been demolished when the dam was completed but somehow has remained.
