Hi Guys,
one of the reasons, apart from the hangover, I wasn't overly keen to go up to Mt Cook on our trip weekend was that i was going up this way to ChCh for Christmas.
So as you day wasn't quite perfect for Mt Cook photos (and ours was) and by the sounds of things you weren't interested in slowing down, let alone stopping, to take photos, I though I'd share this one with you.
The memories and friendships of this weekend will live on for a while and I'm really disappointed not to be catching up with most of you at the Glenorcy rally but hopefully there will be another time.
Cheers
Bruce
Looks awsome..............looking back i wish i had gone on the ride to Mt cook but i for some reason felt very ill..in fact very very ill......i stopped in kurow for vitamin c......ie orange juice and considered riding back but a couple of minutes after drinking said juice i was convinced that going home was the best thing.....![]()
ive found that the colour of my bike doesnt promote any feelings of physical well being the morning after either.......
Be the person your dog thinks you are...
Are you in Bronz Otago - sounded like from previous posts you are involved there somehow?? - I am hoping to do the TT run to Galloway and also looking ahead to this 45th parellel run but there's not much info on it in the bulletin and the email address they have for it has bounced back to me. You doing either of these? and can you tell me about the 45th run? Thanks
I am a bronz member (but I don't go to any of the mettings or anything) also a member of the Otago Motor Cycle Club and more involved with them.
I hope to be going to the Vincent County Rally on the 2-3 of Feb and the March Hare Rally as I promised to take a friend up with me. I have to cut back on the rallys as such trying to buy a house with out success :-( need to save $$$
Don't know much about the 45th Parallel

Nothing to do with sheep mate - its an old rugby saying, derived from the selfish bloody 1st fives who never bloody pass. Used to say - when you're finished pass it on cos someone else wouldn't mind a turn!!!! - ie there's plenty of others who wouldn't mind a strop on your bike, with a hangover, in spite of its colour!!!
Cheers
