So to my reading that would mean all those SVs with gsxr front ends would have to swap back to OEM part, is that correct?
Cans, but no full systems... No porting and polishing etc...
Suppose that would make it fairer on all in the class.
Boyd hh er Suzuki are my heroes!
The best deals, all the time!
SV 650's would be out too
4-3 Twin cylinder four strokes shall be limited as follows.
b)Over 500cc two valve per cylinder, are restricted to 750cc and fuel as above. Over 640cc must not be water-cooled.
Or am I mistaken?
The SV's are allowed in close to std form covered under section C in the MNZ proposal..my 450 motor is just about finished...might be quick for 1 year I guess![]()
Good stuff ! Let the man decide the winner, not the bike.
( let the cheating begin !!!!! ) ha. G.
Thats funny, these are pretty much the rules I was suggesting, when MNZ first mentioned SVs in F3,rather than all the rest of us with 400s chasing our arses & spending money on 450 kits(which I have refused to do)SVs should have been allowed to race for the first season in standard trim & then we could see about mods
well Guesswhos got his order in for a cagiva raptor???
lets see em complain about that one
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
My bike has a a GSXR frontend just like the one Glen Williams has in his bike now. Can't wait to test it out this Friday at Manfeild. Glen will still kick my arse but not by as much now (less than 2 secs a lap I'll be happy).
By 2008 if Suzuki are still making SV650s I'm sure they will be a much more refined bike and a 3rd generation model.
