    Looks like Sunday will be ok weatherwise at this stage. The last rotten front is passing over late Saturday and it's clearing at 1.00 am Sunday for a fine couple of days.

    If it stays like that, we should be in for a nice day. I've still got the BT 020 tyres on the bike that came with it new and they are no fun in the wet at all.
    Dry running, they seem not much different to the Z6's or Pilot Roads but it's a whole different story when things get damp

    Consequently, if it's wet, I won't be coming as I don't mind drifting sideways, it's just keeping her up at 250kgs with a full tank that makes life more difficult than it should be.
    If the destination is more important than the journey you aint a biker.

    Yeah interesting thing about those BT020's. Mate of mine has a ZRX1200 (the S model with the fairing) and he voluntarily put some on it. Mate he slips and slides in the wet big time. He cant wait to change them. The problem now is they aren't wearing out in a hurry and he's a Scotsman.
