Can u buy somthing to pad out the inside of your helmet? Im sure you can? Is it general aftermarket stuff, or is it brand specific?

well when I bought my helmet I had just bought my glasses, so i got a not so tight fit as not to squish them, but now the padding has compressed to make it a loose fit. So I was wondering about making some sort of liner and wanted to know if there's any good stuff available for me to copy.
