I dont mind having a bbq at our place, if the weather ever clears up. Mater of choosing a suitable day - wont be the 9th as I want to do the Coast to Coast.
Experience......something you get just after you needed it

How about the 16th or 17th December? Then we have 3 weekend rides: hog xmas, coast to coast and KB. A multi group circuit (me in the cruisy group) and then BBQ back in or near Wellington (sels1 place sounds good) so those who want to ride and then need to pick up family or attached for the non riding bit can do so.
    Here for the ride.

Isn't the BBQ being touted for after this event?

I thought the date just proposed with the 16-17 Dec (subject to Sels)

There appears that there is some consensus emerging. What has been agreed?

I will have to check with the better half, but this could be a good day. The toy run will be all over by lunchtime?? That will give us time to get home and get organised for a bbq.

No - I don't think it will be Sels. Sounds like a band - bike show and a bit of a hooley. I'm not 100% sure about the evening of the 2nd myself at this stage.

Up to you and the rest of KB of course....
