I think you are on dangerous ground there.

It's one thing to have a fantasy (Hey I fantasise my bike is cool and i'm a fast rider) or to indulge in a whole range of activities with a willing partner. But the catch phrase of all these fringe activities is 'Safe, Sane and Consentual'.

At 17, this girl, regardless of her mental ability, is definately not mature enough to fit that description.
