Suzuki could do well... if it rains. I don't know what Valencia's autumn rainfall figures are though.

There is an article on crash.net that says this guy could decide the title.
    Funny that!!!

Yup, Sete's not racing and Troy is in his place. Now who is Troy more loyal to? Will he be the cat amongst the pigeons? Only MotoGP race of the season for him, he's got nothing to lose by dicing it up out there.

Damn it. Something's happened to delay the racing by one hour.

The racing now doesn't kick off till 11:00pm with the 125s. The main event isn't until 2:00am. Tis going to be a long night.

Just an FYI too. TV3 mentioned the motoGP race during their sporting coverage tonight, so I'd avoid it like the plague tomorrow as there's a high likelyhood they'll mention spoilers.

Repsol Honda is a good team for sure, but then all the honda's are better than the Yamaha's: Rossi is the fundamental difference.
Even if the KFC kid can win, Rossi just needs to be behind him.....
Just watching the recording on the DVD HDD and what do I see but sparks coming from a Yamaha sliding along the ground with a rider tailing along? Never pays to count anyone out of a championship and to make a contraversal quote "it aint over until the fat lady sings". Whether you like em or hate em, Honda make a good bike...

Awesome to see Rossi getting back up and into it

I tend to follow a team and support them win or loose. Bout time Repsol did something about the ghay colours though, even worse is that they put it onto fireblades... (p/t).

Cool to see Baylis in the moto gp, might make things interesting...

Yep I was wrong, if I was a betting man I would have put money on Rossi and so would 90% of the motorcycling press etc.
Oh well shit happens and like Rossi said, Nicky is a good guy. Its just a shame that someone who has raced for 4 years and has only had 3 wins is crowned champion.....

Just wondering if you think there has been a world champion who hasn't deserved it?
Do you think Rossi "deserved" to win the title after his year of crashes, tyre failures, chassis woes, engine failures etc?

Do you know how many laps Troy Bayliss lead in MotoGP this year? He led for all 30 laps in one race.

Now, do you know how many laps Nicky Hayden led in MotoGP this year?

Yep Rossi deserved to win it for sure. Given the issues he faced and the lead that Nicky lost/Rossi made up in the latter part of the season.
Rossi had 5 wins overall, despite the problems and was still in a position to fight for the title at the end.
Hayden on the other hand had 2 wins out of only 3 (total) in four years of riding the best bike in the paddock.
Jeez, even Nakano deserved the championship more......
Seriously though, Nicky was consistant with a series of podium finishes to his credit and only a couple of cock ups. But noone will remember it unless he wins the next championship under adversity and on an even footing with Rossi.
Problem is next year will possibly be easy for Honda, as they've no doubt got the best 800 and could possibly clean up. But I doubt it will be Hayden doing the cleaning, the new 800 is tiny and more suited to the more slight in stature such as Pedrosa/Melandri etc.
