    Windscreen washers

yep, those pesky bums that scrub cage windscreens. I'm lane splitting up to the front of the lights and some ruthless, topless dude runs out between cars with his soapy squirt bottle and scrubbing brush he stole from mobil...

whats the legal liability if i hit one of these fools? I mean no one would miss them if i hit them down right, but i dont want to damage my bike. I'm guessin they are on the benefit and working for some extra cash so is it really so bad if I *dont* see them?

    Is that still legal?

I dont see any round this way anymore.

I thought you were talking about the wipers on the car, i had someone go past me and a couple of others at around 80 in a 50k with their windscreen wiper going all on us, so i followed the fuck, got his lisence plate and address. And soon to have fire works for his car.

    Arrow meh.

I just say nah don't clean the windscreen as I'd have to clean the rest of the van. They all laugh and move on pretty quickly. Although we don't have them here, touch wood...

Yip, most of them are crims who window wash by day and burgle by night. Most of them are on the dole as well. The maximum fine is only $500.00 and most usually only get $50 to $100 if we prosecute so you can really see the deterrent there, can't you? I also ring IRD (about their undeclared income) and WINZ to get their benefit stopped.

If you hit one, I'm sure it was because they ran out in front of you... (I didn't say that did I??)

yeah i have alot of trouble with them too, one time i was heading towards my mums house, i came up to the stop lights and there were acouple of them there, when the lights went green this guy comes up and says "bro, bro" and he does this sort of thing where he's pretending to be on a bike and doing wheelie and he screws up his face with his lips pulled back like he's having a hard crap or something, hehe made me laugh cause he had missing teeth in the front. i cracked up laughing and booted it. so i went back home and told my sister that i found her soul mate jake the musk

OSH might be interested to see if his / her employers risk management plan took into account the risk motorcycles lane spilting and weather the said employee was following the managements policy as it applied to this risk.
