I'm back and I'm bad...
12 days after my surgery I am back in at work for 20 hrs a week...
But I have 2 screws in my ankle and a fibreglass cast so no riding or driving till early December when the cast comes off and then there will be more re-hab...
Just in case some of you hadn't read the intro properly... I was walking across a paddock in the middle of nowhere when the 'ditch incident' occurred... bike was NOT involved!
The ambo and hospital staff found it hard to believe that I had left it 3 days before seeking a medical opinion! Honestly I just thought it was a really bad sprain! I must have a high pain tolerance... LOL!

Ouch!
Wishing you all a fast recovery.
...How are the bikes??
Actually Rashika was the only one actually ON a bike when incident ocurred!

I've still got my fingers splinted up.. & it's not feeling too good. might be time to go get it checked me thinks..it seems like even though Rashika WAS the only one to actually be ON a bike at the time of her woopsie... that she got off the lightest with her war wounds..
LOL..

Latest Update: Got my cast off yesterday and am experiencing the freedom of only 1 crutch! Yippee!
Not supposed to be driving but have already been out and about in the car.
And this weekend will be on the bike... must figure out a way to carry the crutch... LOL!
