Hey Frosty what's the limit on the numbers for the day? has this been reached yet?
I cannot commit to this event till the week prior due to work committments, so cannot commit at this stage?

Who said anything about me being in the slow group? matter of fact, on the 400 I was in the Med-Slow group. Slowest in that group perhaps, but still not the slow group.
