    F*cking brilliant Hayden picture

For those of you that think he didn't deserve the title!

Tucked under the screen, knee down, and well sideways!
    Pure determination.

And you've gotta admit....it's good for the sport to have someone else at the top for a change!

Rossi's had an amazing run of good luck over the years, had to run out sooner or later. That's racing.....

... and a dirt track background (what he started off doing).

I dunno if I've still got it, but there's a clip on youtube or whatever of him riding a SuperRetard (with Biatchi and others). There's one bit where he pops a wheelie, drops it into a stoppie, then slides it, the wheelies again. And going around the corners, he's doing it hybrid style: knee down, but sliding the rear.

    Here it is:

    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

I read somewhere that Rossi is 5'11"....would hardly call that jocky-ish. Pedrosa is a midget though.

Rossi is like only 8 or 9 kg heavier than Pedrosa.

Thanks for the picture, it's my new wallpaper.

he may well be....but he's one of the only ones to be around that height!
Check him when he stands next to just about all of the others....and lets face it, even 5'11" is hardly huge....I'm 5'11" but only weight 70kgs. Still small.

Yeah when Elias was on the 1st spot on the podium and Rossi was 3rd and they were both the same height.

    Cool pic btw.

Yeah, Rossi is one of the taller MotoGP riders. Most of them are tiny.
According to MotoGP News, Pedrosa is only 6 atoms high.

    Nice thread CFWB !!

I was getting sick of hearing all the grizzles about him not deserving the title.

That picture says a thousand words all right.

    Cheers Bruva....

In that picture I see a man that was not to be denied.
I've seen all of the posts about just why Rossi may've crashed.

It's called pressure. And while only a fool would deny that of late Rossi has been untouchable.....only a fool would now say Hayden isn't worthy of the title. He wasn't the one picking his bike out of the gravel Sunday.
