Hayden had nothing to lose whereas Rossi had so much. That sorta pressure fucks with your head. But I guess, it came down to whoever rode better on the day. It is a shame that Rossi couldn't have put his name down in history as having complete dominance over the 990cc era.

Big deal. Rossi lost the crown through bad luck. You'll never see Hayden work his way from 12th to 2nd. One's a genius, the other's lucky.

Mate...you'll not see me argue the fact that Rossi IS a genius...he's shown that time and time again. But you need to also realise that Rossi has had the luck of the Gods for YEARS! Ever seen him break a bone before this year? Despite some huge crashes? NO. Yeah he had some troubles this year...but that's racing mate...and when it came down to the last race.....all in....it was he who threw it down the road and Hayden that won it! Credit where credit's due mate.
Was Hayden LUCKY when his team mate took him out with one round to go?
Rossi had an 8 point lead, and the only time he's been in that situation....he failed to convert it into a championship!!!

You're showing your ignorance about racing because you're so in love with Rossi.
