You know... in Japan, they have some closed circuits just like that. No worries about oncomming traffic but comming off would still hurt at racing speeds in a place with no run off area...

The ones I am talking about are used by drifters so I am not sure if bikes are allowed to have a go...

Try the Para Para's. As good as that. Been a long time since I have been on that road. Hoping to go north some time next year. Definately going to Wanganui.

Most days I can handle the bike not being on the road, and look forward to getting it all back together again.

And then I see images like that, and I come over all funny like.

*sigh* damn I miss my bike.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Well mate it looks like you'll be getting on the road before too long.

WT & I went and checked out the ZXR tonight.

Pity you don't like the green - those fairings are absolutely mint.

Still, good to see it going to a good home. I've been starting at that bike and thinking "what if" for nearly two years now.

I'll have to see if Byron wants to get rid of his CBR600F now for a good price so I can go racing.... (bloody wishful thinking nowing my finances )
