FS: Kawasaki Ninja 250 in Dunedin

Looking at selling my Kawasaki GPX250R.

Has done just under 25,000km's, and I have receipts for a valve adjustment and carb clean, as well as new oil/filter/fork seals/brake fluid/spark plugs all within the last month.

Goes really well, only looking at selling because I want an XR instead. It's a 1988 but has low km's, and this bike is basically exactly the same as a 2006 model, they haven't changed much.

The dealer told me they would sell this for $4000 - $4500 (crazy I know!), and offered $3500 as a trade-in, but I down want anything they have to offer so I would rather sell privately.

    Would like at least $3000.

SPV the Kawasaki dealer, they love them there and don't seem to be able to get their hands of them they claim.

I wasn't counting anyones chickens, but if market prices are anything to go on around $3000 wouldn't be far off for a tidy, reasonably low km's 250cc learners bike.
