The trial is a sham..no question, by western standards a 'kangaroo' court with the verdict pre-defined. While I do not support the death sentence, feeling any sympathy for this totalitarian regime leaves me feeling slightly relieved he will in fact swing.

Washed them? You reckon head lice would survive on my scalp? They'd fall off.

The pictures were in Kiwi Rider for a few months until Jim2 stole my slot. The editor at KR thought that having a sexy dude like me on an MV wasn't representitive of the average kiwi rider so they stuck Jim there.

Traditional hanging, too - hoist them up with the rope around their throat so they choke slowly, none of this new-fangled "sudden stop to snap the neck" shit.

I in part agree with Hitcher that Hussein should rot in prison for the rest of his life rather than have the release of death but I think that in not recognising his bogus military rank and hanging him rather than giving him the firing squad would be a suitable ignominy and subject him to a lot of personal suffering.

Daubing him with pig's blood first would also be fun...

Glad to see he's been sentenced but the death penalty ain't something I'll ever condone.

I just hope the rest of Iraq isn't about to meet a similar fate, in part or in whole. How many innocents are about to be hoisted by Saddam's lynch mobs in retaliation?
