Brakes replacement: mc18 honda nsr 250

I would realy appreciate some help with my squeaky brakes,

they need replacing but will the cbr 250 rr brakes be the same to replace my nsr brakes with??

or if anyone know of cheap places to get brakes and around what price they will be? for dual front discs, and a rear.

Are the disks below legal minimum? You may just have glazed pads and / or need someo anti-squeal grease
