Yeah my bike is my every day ride as well, but so what? i know what ever happends it can just get repaired and im not ashamed to ride her around with a lil low side damage, thats why i still have 600mLs of hot green paint left in the garage!
I am personally attracted to the idea of track days as a safer way to entertain my need for adrenaline, as in no cages or oncoming traffic, plus i see it as a great atmosphere where there will be experienced people around to give me pointers to improve my riding, and i guess the most important thing is not having to worry bout speeding tickets!

I went to Taupo track day last weekend and had an awesome time - will definitely be going to plenty more of those, can't usually make it to group rides though due to other sports.

    Hey there...

Here's a couple of pics of me at Ruapuna. The pic of the white bike was taken back in 01.. & believe it or not.. the orange bike.. is the SAME bike.. taken just back in Sept this year!!! It's a 900 Fireblade. Wicked aye!!! Belongs to a very generous guy, who made this girlies day.. twice!!! Already offered for me to ride it again in Feb.. I said HELL YES!!!!!!!! Had a go at swinging at lunch time.. what a rush!!! Phil Garret (Flying Kiwi Land speed record holder) came up to afterwards & gave me a FK t-shirt.. for "having the biggest damn grin he ever did see"!!

I would ferkin KILL to get into racing properly... anyone wanna donate a race bike to a REALLY good cause...??

    yup each has their attractions...
I love to be able to get out and ride as hard as possible, trying new ways to get past another rider and really challenging myself, and finding myself going ooooo fk when I'm leaned over about as far as the bike will go... and it is nice to be able to do that in a safe environment like the track.
But on the other hand I just love getting on my bike and riding, nice days thru the rolling countryside, just enjoying the moment and not always having to push myself, going to rallies and having a blast with my mates...thats my road riding, a totally different scanario from the track, but i love each kind the same now.
Its novel for me cos I'm not really very competitive, but when that competitiveness comes out its good to see it on the track (on both of my smaller bikes, not the Buell, thats just too much bike to risk there) where i can learn from fuckups rather than dying from them.

Well after all that reading, I've only seen three pics of actual arses.
    1) Mental Trousers
    2) Cow Poos
    3) Kickaha

    Here's how I rate them:

Cow poos is disqualified for having a naked arse. This is a bike site - no leather and/or bike... so what's the point?

Mental trousers gets extra points for being the first boy brave enough to show his arse on the thread. Shame about the saggy bottom! LOL!

Kickaha has both the tight leathers and the action going on - he gets my vote!

Well I would, but don't have any 'arse shots'. There are photos where I look like an arse, but I don't think thats what you wanted.

it would be nice to have some female conversation for once, not just beavis and butthead voices "dude" "eheheh" "alright"

and also maybe some more interesting stuff like what gears are you wearing, what tyres are you runnning, which guy has the nicest arse in leathers etc...?
Hey Sallo didn't you come on one of the Thursday night rides? There were a few Angels there... you just sat at the wrong end of the table with the sausage-heads! Hope to see you around again soon.
