I heard that and was trying desperately to get through to win it as a track bike,, but alas, no, I didn't get through. I wondered if someone who has no interest in bikes would win it, they should've had to answer a bike related question to win or something, or produce a bike licence. Oh well, I'm just bitter cause I never win anything.
