I was skimming through KB yesterday looking for nice desktop background pictures (tasteful ones) and my near 4 year old son William was sitting on my knee.
After a while he started passing comment on various pictures that came up, declaring his delight with the MHR Replica at the 2002 Pukekohe meeting particularly enthusiastically.
The next picture that came up was the Norton vintage racer, which I thought was gorgeous. As soon as the picture finished loading he turned to me, put a hand either side of my face, turned my face to his, pulled in to about an inch away and with narrowed eyes said, "What a bucket of shit. You not EVER buy one of those".
I was torn between pissing myself and punishing him, and instead settled for a strangled, "Grawk". Even my wife Heather laughed herself silly when I told her.
