Im just getting back into this whole Mountain Biking thing after some time off. Have got a bike, got a helmet....what else would i need?
Have done a few rides here in Kapiti, but am finding it hard to get my groove on again! I can still turn etc, but just dont have the confidence to really push it. Ive already introduced myself to the ground a few times (which hurt like hell by the way), and got all dirty. But just dont seem to be at the same level as i used to be! Dont they say you never forget how to ride a bike?
Does anyone know of any training techniques (sp) i could be using?
or do I just need to ride more and harden up?
