Car/Motorhome rental contacts?

Just thought I'd ask... are any of you guys in the car/motorhome rental business? Or know anybody that might be able to cut us a decent deal?

My wife, daughter and I are looking to come over for a couple of weeks around 26th March to have a look round with a view to moving over there. We're currently waying up the alternatives of getting around/accommodation/camping etc so looking out for good deals on vehicle rental... you know, like we were local rather than tourists

At the moment we're looking at flying in to Christchurch, spending some time looking around the top half of South Island, then heading over to North Island for a nosey along a route yet to be decided to fly back home (unfortunately) from Auckland.

Money's tight so a car and camping may be the only way that we can afford to do it in the end, but my daughter's been dying to spend time in a motorhome since she saw that Robin Williams movie, RV

There are also a few in car sales too (Christchurch & Auckland), so that might be an idea.
