it depends if you want the bike to be soft or hard, idealy you would want the bike to only sink 10mm or so when you sit on it. You don't to feel like you have just sat down on a water bed or a boat but you don't want to sit on a rock either. 67Kgs is pretty light, so start at 5 and see how that feels. Its really trial and error as to how you want the bike to feel.
What setting is it on at the moment? and how do you find it?
Cibby play thing
i would say max it no matter wat ur weight, just note that u may experience tank slaps pushing it through ru\ough back roads etc, just know the bike,
mines on max, but im told by a aex-racer that u want to corner harder crank it,
but wont be as smooth through bumps, gives u a nice fright when u get mild-tank slaps, wakes u up a bit![]()
zzzzzZZZ
Dont forget to take your riding style into consideration, but you want it stiffer to be riding faster.
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.
sweetas thanks guys, from what i can gather 4 is a good setting for my weight and with my riding style being pretty hard ill go put it on 5.
Tank slaps??? you must be crazy !!
