Sure it isn't "Don Brash has Squits, from dealing with media and other lowlifes" ?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

It would appear so - the Herald website has it up as breaking news.....

Sad when a book causes him to resign but the swindling, cheating, lying snake manwoman stays as head of the country......

Well I think your discription describes both major party leaders in this case. Brash has a good bussiness mind, just not the people skills to go with it.

Yeah, he's got about as much personaility as a wet dishcloth and I know all politicians will say and do pretty much anything to get in power.

I just find it sad that one of the leaders recognises his inability to lead his party well and does what he feels is best, and yet the other....well, not much to be said about old uncle Helen that hasn't been said already in other threads! LOL

Lol I was reading the Stuff article while listening to the Guy Esponer (sp) on tv. He sounded like he was reading the Stuff article too, word for word.

    Go John Key I say.

No surprise, it was just a matter of time.

I my own words, Don meant well and National's policies under his leadership would have been good for hard working, honest NZers. Before you comment, you need to read and understand those 3 words.

    Over to John...

Byebye Don. Hopefully (although I don't hold out much) a better politician will take his place - unfortunately there are none. We need political parties to make policy and stick by it. The sandpit that passes as a political playground at the moment is pathetic.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

Don Brash was turning into a snake, in the style of the US republican party. Better he went. He may have meant well, but politics has a corrupting influence and he had succumbed to it, just like most of the others do.
Is there enough stuff in the book to sink Keys as well?

2 1/2 terms under national and everyone would be screaming....."OOOOooh Labour would be so much better..........."

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>NEWS FLASH<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
In a fit of emotional empathy, the leader of the Labour Party, Ms Helen Clark, has announced that she will be joining Dr Brash in stepping down, citing one of her reasons being that she wasn't being appreciated by the public in the manner she had come to expect......
ummm...errrr...sorry. Wishful thinking got away from me. Apologies to the many who became excited by this 'news'. Ohhhh, and the one or two who may have been upset....
